$199/mo. Both Credentials. Cancel Anytime.

The CPA journey takes most people well over a year and does not run at a constant speed. AccelaStudy® AI Accounting bills by the month so the cost tracks the study — and the CMA is in the same subscription rather than beside it.

Subscriptions open at launch in October 2026. Nothing is charged before then.

At launch, subscriptions open at app.accelastudy.ai and the course catalogue at app.accelastudy.ai/courses. Until then the buttons above are inert on purpose — there is nothing to sell you yet.

The arithmetic

What the Whole Journey Costs

Four sections, spread across a rolling window, usually around a full-time job. Monthly billing means the cost follows the study rather than arriving before it.

Cost of a CPA journey on each plan
How you studyWhat you pay
A twelve-month run at all four sections, monthly12 × $199 — just under $2,400
The same twelve months, on annual billing$1,908 — $480 cheaper
One section at a time, stopping in betweenOnly the months you actually study
Adding the CMA afterwardsNothing extra. It was already included.

Compare that against the shape of a traditional review course: commonly $2,500–$6,300, generally payable up front or financed, for the CPA Exam alone — frequently with a course-access expiry attached, and with the CMA sold as an entirely separate purchase.

The field

Who You Are Actually Choosing Between

You are going to build this list yourself anyway, so here it is, with where we honestly sit in it.

Full-service CPA review

Becker · UWorld Roger · Wiley CPAexcel · Surgent · Gleim

The courses your firm probably reimburses. Becker is the incumbent and prices like it; UWorld Roger is video-forward; Wiley and Surgent both lean on adaptive claims; Gleim is the long-established question-bank house at the lower end. Commonly $2,500–$6,300 all-in, generally paid up front or financed, and very often with an access expiry attached.

Monthly & budget options

NINJA CPA · Universal CPA Review

NINJA is the well-known monthly subscription in this market and costs a fraction of what we do — it is notes, videos and a question bank rather than an adaptive course, and plenty of people run it alongside something else. Universal is a cheaper simulation-heavy option. If price is the only variable you care about, start here rather than with us.

CMA review

Gleim CMA · HOCK International · Wiley CMA · Becker CMA

A separate market with separate prices — which is the point. If you want both credentials, the conventional route is two purchases from two of the names above. Here the CMA is inside the subscription you were already paying for.

Where we sit, stated plainly: we are not the cheapest thing on this page — NINJA is. We are cheaper than every full-service course on it, we are the only one that puts the CPA Exam and the CMA in one subscription, and we are the only one generating unlimited simulations rather than shipping a finite authored set. If what you want is a lecture series to work through in order, buy one of the incumbents; that is not what this is.

Billing Questions

Can I really cancel any time?
Yes, in one click from your account. Paid access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Stopping between sections is a normal thing to do here, not an exception you have to negotiate.
Is there a trial?
A 7-day free trial, per product — sign up through AccelaStudy AI Accounting and you trial AccelaStudy AI Accounting. One trial per product, per account. The Accounting Fundamentals course is free regardless and has no trial attached because it never expires.
Does the price change if I pick a different Discipline?
No. All three Disciplines are in the same subscription and switching costs nothing. Charging for that would make changing your mind expensive, which is a bad incentive to build into a two-year process.
Is the CMA genuinely included?
Yes — Parts 1 and 2 with essay-scenario practice, in the same $199/mo. There is no CMA add-on and no bundle price.
What if I stop for six months and come back?
Resubscribe at the price published at that time. Your profile, proficiency and history are preserved, so you resume rather than restart — which for a credential this long is most of the point.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from your account. Annual saves 20%; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Does this include other AccelaStudy AI products?
No. Each product in the family is an independent subscription — no bundles, no stacking. The whole family is listed at accelastudy.ai and on the Other Products page.
Why is the button disabled?
Because the product launches in October 2026 and we are not taking money for something you cannot use yet. Join the waitlist and you will hear the day it opens.
